    Well, that motor has a rev limiter for sure.

    When you say you don't get any additional speed out of those RPM, what RPM do you get your best speed?
    If its under 6100 then I'd say your fine. With jackplate and trim, you can always pull the motor out of the water and get more RPM, but if the speed is not increasing with the RPM, I wouldn't count it.

    What GPS speed and RPM are you getting when trimmed for best speed?

    I'd probably have Rich Junker at Leading Edge add a little cup or maybe an inch of pitch to that prop, vs buying a new one.
    Your performance sounds pretty good. just need to modify that prop a little bit.
