  • Proline history of 1995 2950 walk

I have a 2950 walk that the title says is a 1995. The serial number is PLCMK019H495. Can anyone verify that it is an all fiberglass hull but especially the transom? Back end riding low with about 1/2 tank of fuel adn 5 adults on board. Been told the hull is probably all glass but maybe not the most important part - the transom. Before spending any more dough on this guy trying to find out if it is a good place to start or time to start over

1996 may have been the first year they went wood free for the hull construction.
      I have a '96 231 WA that is a wood free hull.

1995 was the first year that Proline made with no wood. All the deck and stringers are fiberglass. I had a 93 190 that had soft spots in the decking. Sold it and bought a 1995 190 to avoid that problem. Your '96 has no wood in it including the transom.
