What is another comparable better known brand to Bluewater? I was under the impression they were expensive custom boats. I think the only Bluewater I have ever seen was trailered on I-95.

BW hangs what ever the customer wants, they have no preferred transom, HPDI's were very popular years ago but they hang what you prefer, In SoFla especially Ft Pierce inlet, or St Lucie inlet I see them by the dozens!
They're perceived problem is except for the 355e and 23T is that they are 2 piece, but the hull for the most part is generations removed the famous Formula 233, ask the Commodore, he knows!
The John Allmand I've seen hull looks exactly like the Bluewater 2550, scary, follows the lines closely.
They are well assembled but-----there is no perfect hull nor boat, buy what suits you!
They're wiring is beautiful, look under the hood.

Going to the show tomorrow, I love looking at that which I cannot afford! I met Ryan C at the show a few years ago, I had no idea I'd never see him again, he was a very likable guy, of course he was, Mike's son and boat sales, what a combination!
I will post pictures tomorrow, promise!.

Above Bluewater power, Paul stated a majority of customers are going with Suzuki.
The BW 2550 is now 144k, it was 80's in 2008 for my friends 2550, times are changing.
