Very nice and very retro. Looks like maybe a Buddy Davis with that broken shear line. I could go for something like that.

It's catching, I even saw Jedro comment on TOS and called them a bote.

I purchased my 50 and sold my 41 through HMY. They are a very professional brokerage. When the guy I was buying my 50 from started some schenagens and tried to rip me off the owner of HMY even stepped in with advice.

I love the lines of that boat. At 64' it is a little bigger than I would want but I could learn to sacrifice.

Pretty boat, nice lines, it reminds me of a PT boat.

If I had to moan I'd say all the space above the cabin is wasted, lots of deck space unused.

Can't do much with that. It obstructs the view from the helm (ask me how I know). Plus I like a long clean front deck. Mine looks like you could land a friggin plane up on it.

I do like the walk around portion of the front deck but am afraid it will eat into interior space pretty quickly.

Well, the guy that commissioned Michael Rybovich (grandson) to build this boat had a single purpose: saifishing off the Palm Beaches and South Florida with an occasional Bahamas trip to an island where he has a Villa and other yachts. Sailfishing there (here) involves live bait from either kites in the stern or flat lines from the bow (both at the same time) The boat is stopped dead in the water when fishing. Hookups usually involve a sailish circling the boat several times before you can touch the leader and/or get the hook out. Thus, the "walkaround" feature. Some people participate in Sail tourneys with traditional sportfish with long flat bow, when its rough its not too fun up there. (and remember bow rails are frowned upon...)

The sacrifice of interior volume really isn't an issue as the only people going below are the captain and mate (or two) when fishing in a location away from your home area (to sleep at night plugged in to a 50A cord). It is all the advantages of a center console, the ride of a big sportfish, and "the look". The whole purpose of the layout is to optimize the deck area for fishing in the cockpit and the bow. And yes, if trolling for white marlin off North Carolina is your thing, this is the wrong ride.

Pretty sure a replacement would be a tad bit more $$$ than that scout.

I see all the rod holders along the sides and bow. Perfect for kite fishing.

It even has Hydraulic outriggers. Those are super cool. My boat has them and it certainly makes it easy.
