OBX Fiberglass Repair

Does anyone have a name or recommendation for repair of (large) fiberglass deck hatch (over fuel tank) around Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head,....or Wanchese? Hatch is about 36" X 48" and is soft, presumably due to deteriorated plywood substrate. Thought about making repair myself, but prefer to get an estimate before committing to invest the time. Thanks.
