  • Navionics for iPad

I downloaded this for my iPad as I’ve read it is one of the best chartplotting apps. It has a 2 week free trial then I believe it’s like $30/year. I plan on using this until I add a Simrad Go next year. Boat has an older garmin 6” unit now. Anyone use Navionics? Easy to use? How do you like it?

Navionics is great. Another good one is Aquamaps (free).

    How's the boat ownership going?

I love the Navionics app and have used it to help me get from Philadelphia to Key West over the past several years! I love the Auto Route feature as it is much better than the Garmin Auto Route on my 8616. It is a great planning tool as well.
