        Thanks, I put the meat at the bottom so I am sort of forced to eat my veggies. I must say the garlic and oil make the veggies pretty appetizing, but yes, the meat, ya can't beat a good steak.

        That looks great! I boiled corned beef and vegetables. The presentation leaves a bit to be desired. Later, I plan to pull up the covers and serve my wife a dutch oven.

      I made vegetable soup in the Instant Pot, immersion blended and creamed.
      It was green. Not pretty. Think, Linda Blair in the Exorcist. Tasted great. Not picture worthy.
      No animals were harmed in the making of this soup.
