I am not a Tom Cruise fan. At all. I really try and boycott him.
However, he was made for that roll.
I rented the movie $6 and it was worth it.
Decent flick for fun.

Saw the original when still on active duty in the Marines, thought it was cool, but, not enough to make me reenlist!

It's a good rah-rah movie.

I recently rented the sequel and enjoyed it. When compared to all of the other trash that has been put out the past few years it is a masterpiece.

I heard it was very good but will wait to watch when its free. I desperately try to not give my money to Hollywood assholes.
Have not been to a theatre since the original Transformer's with my son. Megan Fox made that tolerable.

Thought I read the other day where he’s an accomplished helo pilot.
Dude still does own stunts, parachuting, etc.
Not a big fan but certainly admire his tenacity in making films realistic as possible.
Might have a death wish, who knows, but he still gets after it

He flew a trainer type aircraft. They wouldn’t let him fly the F18. He asked, but was denied.
