I guess that is what that idiot wants to do. But what he doesn't understand is if you stop the legitimate sale of something it doesn't stop the black market sale of that product. And in the process creates huge profits for those willing to break the law. Just look at how prohibition made Al Capone and others so rich and powerful or the drug cartels today.
