Looking good, y’all.
Doing a traditional American menu. Roasted Turkey, homemade cranberry sauce, mashed taters, sweet potato, corn pudding, great bean casserole, pumpkin pie, apple pie, pecan pie.
Cuban folks celebrating Thanksgiving will often revert to the classic menu. Roast Pork (lechón), Black Beans, rice, yuca, plantains, etc, but we save that for Christmas Eve, Noche Buena.
We realize that we also landed on a “Plymouth Rock”. A land of freedom and opportunity. Even my Grandparents became American citizens when they came to this great country. My brothers, sister and I were born here, so we never lived in a communist country...thank God. Spared by His mercies.
It doesn’t matter what’s being served. Just thankful for the blessings.

Remember...serve it late, serve it hot, serve a lot.

- Had the "chat" with my brother, at the end of the day, it's all Trumps fault. E.P and all that not with standing.
- My S.I.L texted me asking for the "Menu", I responded, knowing where she was headed. I sent back what I was making and put in a very "Presentable, Over Glorified, $$$$$$$$ fashion". HER sister made the menus. Let us say that she used editorial privileges.

You may be able to change/modify the orifice on one burner to simmer better. Of course, that will change the operation of that burner but you have plenty others.
