                  It looks like wood flooring already.

                  A/C would be my #1. That and an escape door. Looks to me if you are in there and someone puts a lock on the outside latches you are stuck.

                    Solar panel on roof . Insulate the walls and ceiling because you bought a heat magnet especially since its black. Small fresh water tank that is powered to take a shower or wash something.

                        I thought of that. A) I'm going to have windows. Just need to make sure they are big enough.
                        B) I also need to lock it from the inside. I figured I would figure a way to lock the outside bars so someone doesn't lock me in, and. The windows.

                          Mind your axle rating. Probably has a 3500# axle. You should be ok as long as you stay under 2000# of stuff.

                            i had a two horse trailer with a 10 ft living quarters.. in the rounded nose was a sink, 2 burner stove, gas/electric fridge under it.. 1' counter to right.. storage underneath. couch/bed running long side where back folded up into bunk. across was a fold up table, in corner was a closet/porta potty.. no woods around and don't do no stinkin commercial porta potty
