Was planning on it but I am paying for a wedding that weekend and sort of have to be there. I told her she did it on purpouse. She said fine, go to the boat show, I can just have someone else walk me down the aisle.

No, not me. My GF's daughter. Her dad passed a couple years before I met her mom and I have been her father figure 14 years now.

Doin' ok, thanks. Move back date just got pushed out at least another 2-3 weeks yesterday, perhaps by mid October now. At that point, the inside will be finished enough to be liveable. The exterior and yard still need a lot of work, but we can deal with that once we're back onsite. A bit over a year now ...

We take it as it comes. Unfortunately, put less than 10 hours on the boat since the storm. I'm my own general contractor now since we fired the one who ripped us off to start. It's a full time job, chasing subs and such. I also do a lot of work myself just to get stuff done. I installed ~40 cabinet handles yesterday, relocated a few outlets, etc. Every day ...

I know Tom! If you have the patience dealing with and scheduling subs, you can direct as desired. But yes, sometimes just finding a sub is difficult
